Situated on the 8th floor with lift access this is a great space to come home to. On the right side to access the new Optus Stadium walk over .Reverse cycle air conditioning makes for the perfect stay. It has been my pleasure to have teh Airbnb Management Team assisting me with promoting and managing my property. Nothing was a bother for the team they went out of their way, literally, to help me furnish a house and find a gardener to quickly bring the property into the Air BnB realm. The transformation was remarkable. The knowledge of the industry, I was so fortunate to find this team. The team listened carefully to the task at hand and responded with enthusiasm, a knowledgeable plan and “kept me in the communication loop” which I really valued. The team builds trust by doing what they say they are going to do within a very short timeframe and reporting back quickly regarding the delivery and implementation of the plan. The problem-solving skills are reassuring. When guests request something which they feel would assist them and others, the team lets me know immediately and addresses the issue quickly. Recently a family needed plastic cups/plates/bowls for children, and they responded to the guest as soon as the review came in.

PARKING INFO: There is no onsite parking at 12 Victoria Avenue Perth, however there is free street parking between the hours of 6pm and 8am, otherwise street parking is $5 per hour. Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the complex. Cheaper long term parking is available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace around 150 meters from the complex (around $50 a week, and can be booked online). You can book a bay online with any of the parking providers and early bird deals are available.
