Just a 5-minute drive from the sandy beaches in Kämpinge/Höllviken, this cozy and stylish guesthouse is a hidden gem in the countryside and it offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation. The place is easy to find along a quiet road and it has a lush garden for you to relax in. It has a brand new, fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to help you prepare scrumptious delicacies.

Perfect location to visit: Skanör 15 min, Copenhagen 30 min, Malmö 20 min, Ystad 50 min.

The space
Before we start, here are 3 THINGS YOU WILL LOVE about our charming guesthouse: 1 - The AREA is simply amazing. Some of the most beautiful views of Skanör, Falsterbo, and Höllviken are just a few minutes away from our property. 2 - Our place has recently been renovated and it has a lot of character. The beds are COMFORTABLE and the kitchen is FULLY equipped. 3 – The GARDEN that surrounds our home is gorgeous. Every morning you will wake up to the sound of birds singing and if you are lucky our neighbor will have her two horses in the enclosed pastures behind our garden.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting:
1 - We have put a lot of love in our home and we will live next door with our two small children so NO PARTIES are permitted.
2 - Our charming house is located outside of Höllviken along a small country road. Although it is very conveniently located you will have to drive or bike to find restaurants and shopping. The closest restaurants can be found in Höllviken, which is about 5 minutes away. There you can also find boutiques, grocery stores, cafés, and a newly renovated cinema that shows some of the latest movies (subtitled in Swedish).
3 – The place has no LIVING ROOM. There is a daybed between the bedroom and the bathroom for lounging and reading. On the dresser in the bedroom, there is a 42” Samsung TV where you can stream your shows with the Chromecast.

The property is surrounded by green fields and paddocks with horses. The BREATHTAKING SCENERY surrounding the area is constantly changing with the seasons. Since the place is located at the BEGINNING OF FALSTERBONÄSET, it's the perfect spot to enjoy many outdoor activities such as riding, golf, swimming, bird watching, hiking, kite surfing and more.
