Quiet one bedroom apartment just north of Stillwater, 7 miles from OSU campus

The space
Quiet country spot 7 miles from OSU campus and right off the Cimarron Turnpike. 11 miles from Karsten Creek. Pergola covered patio provides a beautiful setting to relax while overlooking a pond and a 23 acre watershed reservoir. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower. Wireless internet, washer & dryer and an above ground tornado shelter for peace of mind. Full kitchen stocked with the basic cookware and dinnerware. Owners lived in this apartment built into a steel shop building while the house was being built on the property. This is a great place to get away from town and enjoy small gatherings but not the place if you're looking to party hardy as the owners live onsite. No pets, no smoking anywhere on the property.
