The luxury house Villa Anna in Zouberi – Nea makri accommodates 8 persons and is fully equipped with private garden. The house is ground 120 m2 in 2 levels with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 external) and kitchen fully equipped. In the living room there is a big sofa bed that can accommodate 2 persons. Finally it has a desk aria with PC and laser printer and 2 mountain bikes.

Combine the beach vacations with comfortable hops to Athens. The bus to the historical center of Athens stops 100m from the house and brings you there in 45 min. Fully equipped kitchenette, a/c, Wi-Fi 50mbs, relaxing decoration, peaceful and ideal location. Walking distance to cafes, beach bars, restaurants, mini markets, bakeries, shops, playgrounds and many other activities.

Rafina Port is just 12min away making the house an ideal hub for your vacation to the Greek Islands (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Naxos, Andros, Tinos etc) . It is 7km away from the ancient city of Marathon, 35km from Athens downtown and 19km from the airport. The house is very close to the beach 2min walking, it is ideal for relaxing and for vacation near the sea.

Your host Yannis is a genuine, openhearted Athenian who will treat you with the traditional Greek hospitality and can arrange for you tailor made day trips in and around Athens. Upon arrival, our guests will be warmly welcomed and will be provided with a full guide with information about the area, activities and other facilities. There are numerous activities that you can experience, such as scuba- diving, horse- riding, wind- surfing, sailing, fishing, boating, canoeing, cycling, massage. There are sights of significant religious and historical interest. We can help our guests to plan the activities they love.

Finally there is a private car parking inside the property at no extra cost. Airport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.

You can also enjoy your lunches and dinners in the area around, where you can find nice local taverns, fish taverns and restaurants, as well as beach bars with sunbeds and cafes to enjoy a morning coffee by the sea. There is also some wild beaches for naturists.
