I have buildt this house in a secluded area of Roatán island and for the time I am not using it myself with my family, I would like to offer it for a short or long time rent. The house has two identical apartements each with 2 bedrooms and one living room with sofa and kitchen. Both apartements have separated entrances and can be also rented together as an entire house. See my other listing. This listing is for one of the apartements.

The space
The apartement is located in a big wooden house that I recently buildt myself with a help of a professional company. Everything is brand new and completely furnished. There are two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. There is a huge terrace with grill for you to use.

The house is located in the area of Mariposa bay. The waterfront is 100metres away and there are no other buildings in the area. It is a very secluded place and you will have it all to yourself. There is a direct access to the sea through our private molo that we use to jump into the crystal clear water. It is just a couple of minutes walk to the closest shop, 5 minutes by car to the village or 10 minutes by car to famous beach in the area. We are happy to organize a car rental for your stay.
