Beautiful house, ideal for leisure and rest all year round, on the southern coast of Paraíba where nature is almost intact, surrounded by beautiful beaches, cliffs, rivers, mangroves and a 360-degree view. Its surroundings are also really attractive.
It is very close to the sea(less than 200 meters) with paradise beaches.
Away from the noise and pollution of cities, the greatest sound comes from the sea with the movement of waves.

The space
What makes my space special is the fact that the house is spacious, comfortable, very beautiful, well cared for and with touches on the decoration whose theme is nature.
It has a large lawn garden with many species of illuminated plants and trees and a large pool with led, in masonry, always very clean.
It also has as an attractive gourmet space with barbecue, oven and rustic stove, suitable for preparing good meals and snacks.
It still has a great viewpoint to contemplate nature, because it has a 360-degree view, and watch the sunrise and sunset always splendid in the region.

The house is located in a beach area, with options for quad biking on the trails, zip lines and other interesting walks through the mangroves and rivers that surround the property. We can even offer a camping option next to the house, since I have 2 lots next to the house.
Nearby the house ( + or - 500 m) we also have important landmarks that are at the confluence (embankment) of the rivers entiatu and graú with the sea providing wonderful baths and landscapes.
