The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you have your homemade breakfast. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

The space
The maisonette has in the entrance a balcony with a lounge, you could relax there enjoying the seaview. In the ground floor, you will come across with the living room, which sofa could be used as a single bed. In the same room is the kitchen. The bathroom is a small bathroom in the ground floor. The stairs will get you to the upper floor, a traditional cosy bedroom with a double bed.

The Marathokampos village, with traditional small roads and houses is closer than 10 km from us. Also nice to see is Ormos, a very beautiful village, 4 km from Loukoulos. Otherwise, if you like to wonder to the mountain, Pythagoras' cave is very close, same as Evagelitsia monastry. Furthermore beautiful beaches are closer than 5 km. Firstly, you will come across with Psili Ammos (2.5 km from us) and after that you will found Limionas beach (5km). Many other smaller beaches are waiting you to discover them.

Loukoulos in Samos is a family business, restaurnat and maisonettes since 1989.
I'm Elpida Kiloukioti, one of the two daughters of the owners. I live in Athens in the winter time, but every summer I'm coming back to my home, Samos. I love this place, full of green, gorgeous nature's pictures, wild beaches, smells of traditional foods and many many places with traditional character, but first of all is my home. So, that's what I want to do for you, feel like your home, combining the hospitality and beauty of Samos. Feel and discover all the beauty which is hidden in Samos, and of course I'm here to help you in that. The place where you will come is Loukoulos, a small family business. It exists since I can remember, from 1989. We love our place, and it give us pleasure when we share this beauty with people that appreciate it also.
