Cozy living place of 38m2 in building over 100 years. Newly renovated. In the historic center of Palma. Located 150 meters from City Hall Square (Cort), 300 meters from the cathedral and just 70 meters from the Plaza Mayor.

Newly refurbished and fully equipped (4th floor, without lift and with high steps) , bright and welcoming. Located in the historic center of Palma , close to the main places of cultural, culinary and shopping interest. A few meters from the Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor , the churches of San Francisco and Santa Eulalia and major art galleries in the city and 10' walk from the neighborhood of the Market and the Promenade .
Walk around the city without having to take the car or public transport , housing a nineteenth century charm, in the old town , where you get lost in a city that is surprising for its cultural variety and its people.
