The house was built in 1890. Stone house. Very neat, and authentic. Inside is renovated with all the required comfort. Airconditioning, nets from mosquitos, fireplace, new kitchen, etc.
Here you will have your holliday rest. Nobody disturbs you - neither cars, neither neighbors. It is very calm and private theritory. Outdoor you will have your barbeque place. With an amazing view to the galazio Ioanian sea

The outside place is lovely to have a rest with an amazing view to the Ionian sea. You can see the island bridge, the sea waters close to Preveza, and on the right you can see Plagia, Peratia villages what are situated in the mainland.
Outside you are welcome to use barbeque house, the table and chairs are for your comfort as well.
