The space
This space is designed for AIRBNB guests with all the comfort and convenience to make you feel at home. I put everything I was looking for in the apartments I rented in it. All very modern, I tried to make the environment comfortable and functional.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 people, but above 2 guests are charged an extra fee.
We follow Airbnb and condo rules to the letter, so we don't usually make many exceptions.
Another point was the location I chose to make the apartment (yes, until that I thought), I searched for a neighborhood that was close to everything and not just close to "this or that" place in the city.
This is why we are close to the gourmet district and the bohemian neighborhood of the city, as well as shopping malls and hospitals.
Anyway, the affection I gave you is the biggest differential!

Long-term rentals are accepted only by the platform, never otherwise. Don't try to apply for rent outside of here, as these profiles will be reported to THE AIRBNB community.
Always check in from 3pm to 10pm, but scheduled time before between the parties.
Delay in scheduled check-out time (always until 10am) will be charged half a day, duly requested by THE AIRBNB website. However, this is not a possibility to make delays, as we do not give up leaving at the time of the listing.
