The house is located 10km from the West Limerick Greenway and is centrally located for day trips to attractions such as Ballybunion Golf Club and Beach, Cliffs Of Moher, Killarney and Dingle.
When home in the evenings relax and sample the local hospitality in the quaint village pubs.

The space
The home offers a spacious recently refurbished accommodation in the heart of the Athea village. The upstairs of the house has 2 large bedrooms with kingsize beds, a single room with a single bed and a main bathroom and shower.

Downstairs also has a large bedroom with a kingsize bed with a bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for large groups of people. Full laundry facilities are also provided. The living area has satellite TV and the property has strong a strong WiFi connection.
