An authentic farmhouse in the Brabant countryside. Parking space for 3 horse trailers and associated cars, and 500 square meters of meadow land.

The space
A complete farmhouse, adapted to this time. You enter the back of the section, along which you also go to the toilet or bathroom. Through the cozy kitchen you enter into the large sitting and dining room, with a beautiful kilometer-free view. The bedrooms are upstairs, not big, but nice!

The outdoor space is large. Cars can be placed next to and behind the house. Especially use the gardens, sometimes you encounter one of our cats or chickens, sometimes a hedgehog, partridge, woodpecker or Flemish jay, or of course the hares.

You end up just outside the village of Heerle, with a beautiful view of the medieval church of Wouw. In terms of food, you are right: except for all Brabant food and drink outlets around, in, and between Bergen op Zoom and Roosendaal you will find De Pannenkuchenbakker 200 meters away, and Sterrenrestaurant Mijn Keuken 2 km away.
Our entire residential area is one large network of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, water sports areas and leisure. But, also serious nature areas such as the Markiezaat, after Wadden Sea and IJsselmeer the largest Wetland area of the Netherlands, and Grenderpark Kalmthoutse Heide, about 60 (!) square kilometers of forest, heath, pollen dunes and fens.
If you are travelling by car, you are right in Bergen op Zoom, Roosendaal, or Designer Outlet Roosendaal. A half hour to three quarters of an hour drive will take you to Breda, Antwerp, the Biesbosch, Rotterdam, Vlissingen, Middelburg or the beaches of Zeeland. In an hour you will reach Brussels, Ghent or Bruges.
