The property offered for guests is part of a Three Storey Farm house situated at Village Khalidpur/ Majri Jattan, 3.5 Kms from Ropar Railway station/ Bus Stand.
This one large Bedroom set with attached bath and dressing is suitable for a medium family of 3 to 5 persons. Morning tea and breakfast is complimentary. Lunch and dinner prepared from fresh organic vegetables from our own farm are provided on nominal charges. Parking and driver stay available. Guests can visit the farm also.

I am a retired Banker and after my retirement established an organic Farm named Saini Organic Farm in Village Khalidpur , Majri, Ropar. Which is 3 KMS from main city Ropar ( Rupnagar). It is very near to National Highway no 205 ( Delhi, Kulu , Manali, Leh). It is a 40 Acre Agri farm where I grow various type of organic crops and vegetables. Besides there is an orchard having guava, Papaya, red orange {kinnu}, mosammi, mango and some medicinal plants. In our farm we are using organic techniques for growing vegetables and crops.
A three storey house is constructed having modern facilities comparable with a three star hotel.
People visiting Kulu, Manali, Tirthan valley,J and K, Leh, Ladakh etc can break journey and stay here, besides getting knowledge about Organic farming and enjoy various type of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruit.
Our endeavour is to provide pure traditional Punjabi food prepared from our own farm produce only.
All organic products are available for sale direct to the consumers saving them middlemen profit and commission.
I myself stay in the house. For guests we have 4 separate rooms with attached bathrooms. These have been categorised as under -
1. One Bedroom set suitable for a family of two with minor children.
2. A suit having One Bedroom plus attached Bath and a living room. It is suitable for a family of 3 adults and children.
3. A two bedroom set suitable for family of 4 to 5 persons.
4. Another 2 large Bedroom set suitable for a family of 6 To 8 persons.A separate kitchen is also available where guests can prepare their own food. Otherwise we also provide food prepared by our family/ staff.
Sufficient parking space, Wify, arrangement for Drivers stay is available. Children will enjoy the stay here. Pets are not allowed.
Special arrangement for keeping the space clean and properly sanitised.
