With comfort in mind my newly refurbished & decorated 5-bedroom house is a must stay. Daily cleans keep the house spotless, laundering facilities are available as is Wi Fi, a 32" TV/Sky/Netflix & a large lawned garden with a patio area. Set in a desirable area of Sutton Coldfield this gated site secures 7 homes in it; mine a stand alone detached corner house has the most privacy. There is ample parking for 5 & includes a double garage. Guests find everything they need here & more.

The space
Even though my home is close to the vibrant hub of Sutton Coldfield town centre it is so tranquil, green & private you wouldn't know it. The garden is peaceful backing directly onto land so no neighbours. Only to the side does the garden back onto 1 neighbours garden. There is also a bonus free parking for 5 guests! It is a gated property so it is very private & secure. Close transport links, entertainment, sporting & leisure facilities & parks, Good Hope Hospital & more.

I have lived in my property since it was built 19 yrs ago & love the tranquility of my home. With great transport links, an abundance of choices in shopping, drinking & eating out (many types of cuisine) & a cinema all within walking distance at Sutton Coldfield & Grace Church shopping centre. For the more active there are gyms, a leisure centre with pool & the local parks that have great walking, running & biking routes. If bringing or hiring bikes there are some great treks through Sutton Park & Newhall Valley I can help you with. The Belfry golf course, the historic towns of quaint Lichfield, industrial Black Country & Sandwell Valley parklands & farm are not too far away to visit. And for those of you who may have loved ones at Good Hope Hospital & need to stay over to be close by my house is just a 6 minute walk away so no need to worry about finding & paying for parking! I am happy to recommend, give directions & assist you in making the most of your stay.

I’m a friendly, helpful host, happy to answer any questions via text or Air bnb. Although I live on site I respect all guests privacy & space. I have an active, busy life but am available to answer any questions you may have & happy to supply you with transport information, what's on in Sutton & Birmingham, recommend running/walking routes & biking trails, where to eat &/or drink. If you are travelling on public transport, dependent on my availability I can offer transport services for a small fee from & to the train station, to your evening location etc just ask & I'll do my best to accommodate you to make your stay easier. As your host nothing is too much trouble, I give my best so you may enjoy, make the most of your stay & feel truly welcomed here.
