Located in the Tahoe Park neighborhood - cozy studio w/small kitchen, bathroom & separate entrance. Street parking. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, tap room. 1.5 miles to UCD Medical Center, 1 mile to the light rail & 2 miles to Sacramento State University. 10-15 min drive to midtown.

The space
Sunny studio with queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchen (includes a microwave, mini-fridge, small oven, 4-burner stove, electric water kettle, toaster). Twin air mattress available to sleep a third person. Coffee, tea, oatmeal, and cooking items (pot, pans, salt, pepper, oil) are provided.

The days are hot, but the evenings cool way down. If you shut the AC and open the windows, you'll hear birds singing you to sleep in this quiet neighborhood.

The hosts live in the main house on the property. We take pride in providing you with a comfortable stay and expect our guests to treat the space and neighborhood with the respect they would treat their own home.

We enjoy meeting new people and sharing tips about our city but are equally happy if you want privacy.

We have an orange fluffy cat who likes to sunbathe in the backyard. Please don't let her into the studio.
