Where you’ll be

Laon, Hauts-de-France, France

Laon has 97 historical monuments
http://laon-cyclopedie.over-blog.com/en/news-historical monuments-4528947.html
The city is bean-shaped at the top of a natural mound. A cathedral dominates the upper city facing it. It is at the foot of this one, in a former public school for girls that the cottage is located.
There is direct access via a lighted underground to the pedestrian street that leads to the Cathedral, the initiative union, shops, restaurants, artist galleries and the various entertainment that the city puts in place. (Show, colorful umbrellas, street shows...). The bars, more lively but also noisy, are at the other end of the street (about 300m).
You can also admire the works of local and national artists who have each painted and coloured the walls and gables of the city. A course is dedicated to C215. This is a walking tour of the city's ramparts where you can discover the famous characters who have something to do with Lao.
