A very comfortable, cozy apartment, just listed, as it has been a long term rental by the last two guests. A quiet separate bedroom with full size closet and HD 30” TV.

The separate kitchenette and dining area is definitely a plus, for this apartment.

A Lot of light in every room even though the view is limited. A well lighted desk for finishing the work load or studies.
