This 2-bedroom apartment in Grymes Hill is conveniently located to allow you to enjoy all that New York City has to offer while giving you the peace and quite of the suburbs. The property is located close to Wagner College and St. John's University, and gives you easy access to the Staten Island Ferry which is 2.5 miles away and the expressway is within 1.1 miles. The apartment is fully equipped with new furnishings, kitchen and bathroom essentials, with private parking in front of the house.

The space
This cozy apartment is located under my main house on Grymes Hill, on a very quite street, next door to Wagner College and walking distance to St. John's University. There are two bedroom, each has queen size beds, dressers and closet space. The living room features a reclining couch and a 65" Samsung Smart TV, cable with premium channels, XBox 360 several pre-loaded games and fast WIFI internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials like plates, utensils, stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
