The apartment conforms to the photos : it is super cozy, stylish and comfortable. In addition to being exquisite and with a modern and intimate décor offering everything from the good and best sheets , duvets and towels (airbnb-certified photos). I have everything of the best quality at my disposal. Including an electric anti virus and bacteria cleaning system recently purchased to protect the guest. The system cleans the entire apartment . This system is used to clean the apartment with each guest exchange. The apartment is close to everything ( beaches, malls,
all major private and public hospitals of Recife and universities ) . The ROOM is UNIQUE, PRIVATE and EXCLUSIVE TO THE GUEST. I sought together with the architect who decorated the apartment to add refinement with style and especially comfort . You will find the room with double bed (mega comfortable mattress), blackout curtains ( for you to have your perfect resting nights, air conditioning (antibacterial function and always under maintenance ), led tv, Wi-Fi. The bathroom is private(hot shower, hygienic shower, with bath amenities, loccitane soaps and extremely clean and fragrant towels). The ambience is unique and has a super room with a 60-inch LED MEGA SMART TV with all the entertainment available and a retractable couch to rest on. The guest can use the suite with a fully equipped bathroom but in a need you can also use the social bathroom available in the apartment. The living room is spacious, super ventilated and comfortable . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The condominium features a swimming pool for use until 10 pm , air-conditioned library, lounge , games and entertainment lounge.The venue is quiet and super familiar . The apartment is ideal for those who come to Recife for medical consultations, exams and hospital procedures because it is super cozy and very close to the main hospitals. The apartment is meters from the Retiro Island stadium (Sport) and the main universities ( UPE, Estácio, Nassau , Faculdade Nova Roma and UFPE). Ideal also for those who come to tender for being close to the main universities of Recife and also located on a very quiet and calm street. The condominium offers all structure with trained doormen and security offering refinement and security to your hosting . Apart from being a very familiar condominium.

Very close to supermarkets( extra 24 hours from the apartment ) , renowned restaurants, pubs , bakeries , fast foods( Bobs, McDonald, Habibs , Subway ). The apartment is about a 10-minute drive to the bon voyage beach, a 05-minute drive to the rio mar mall and meters to the Sport Clube do Recife stadium and bus stops and brts. Nearby the apartment has a cooper's track for sports lovers and a super structured gym ( selfit - 200 m).The apartment is ideal for those who come to Recife for medical appointments because it is super cozy and very close to the main hospitals. We are also meters from the main universities ( UPE, Estácio, Nassau and Faculdade Nova Roma, UFPE among others).
