Dom Pod Lasem is a 90-metre house with a large garden located in the immediate vicinity of the pine forest. Ideal for families with children, two couples or friends who want to take a break from the city without going on a multi-hour journey. The cottage combines the advantages of a short distance from Warsaw (by car 40 minutes) with the charms of the countryside. You don't have to go anywhere to go for a walk - after passing the gate we are already in the forest.

The space
Dom Pod Lasem is a year-round place, heated by a fireplace, consisting of a living room combined with a full-size, equipped kitchen, toilets, bathroom with shower and two independent bedrooms upstairs. On our more than a hectare plot located on the Ludwinów village colony, there are three houses, each of which has a separate fenced area. Two of these houses "Pod Lasem" and "Nowa Stodoła" are rented to our guests, the third is our family home. On the premises of our farm there is a large (4mx8m depth 1.6m) swimming pool, which is available to our guests and us. A few kilometers from our house is the old river Bugu - a breeding place of wild birds, abundant in various types of fish. A short distance from Bug and Zegrzyński Lagoon allows you to enjoy water attractions. Good, little busy asphalt roads encourage cycling or road cycling.
