Waterfront semicottage in a country setting but with also a city touch as you can see the Bridge on the other side of the lake. Cozy and comfortable home on the Island of Ile Perrot. Close to Airport and only 30 minutes from Downtown.

The space
A $25 dollar discount will be offered if only 1 person is guest . Their are two floors with 1 bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The 2 other bedrooms are locked and not intended for Airbnb usage, however should you require a second bedroom, It will cost $15 per day. We must know a week in advance to clar out some storage material and to prepare the room. The master bedroom is spacious and offers the view of the lake. The main floor has a powder room , washer dryer, kitchen and living room. Nothing beats sitting in the kitchen or from inside the Gazebo on deck and enjoying the beautiful scenic view of the lake and bridge beyond the lake.You can also enjoy the same view from the living room which is just beside the kitchen. Modern living room with 75 inch TV with movie channels and all the main US channels.

John Abbott college ,McGill university and MacDonald college are just on the other side of the Bridge . Veterans hospital also just 5 minute drive in St-Anne de Bellevue.

L'Île-Perrot, Québec, Canada

Just the lake and Marina view a few houses to our right is so nice too look at. And seeing people in boats fishing from the living room is quite neat! In winter you see the ice fisherman. Many people find the quick access to the bridge an ideal location' and its why I bought this home. The view of the lake and the sight of the bridge offers a unique experience of city life and country life put together !

During your stay

At times host may stay in bachelor office which is attached to the house (used to be the garage)semi detached .

You are entirely in a private home, no sharing .It has separate side entrance. Host is a accessible when needed. Host has another stay which is about 10 minutes away in case you need something.
