A spectacular modern small studio house on a sunny viewpoint overlooking the lake Drevviken, situated 25 meter from the shore in a scenic residential area 14 km south of Stockholm. A perfect getaway.
The house offers all you need for a pleasant stay. Close to the house you have two bicycles to rent for a small fee.
By car it takes about 25 min and by bus 40 min from a nearby bus stop to Stockholm city.
Floor heating and aircondition offers you a comfy climate.

The space
This small modern studio house has a stunning view over the lake Drevviken. You`ll enjoy the sun all day long at the spatious terrace or in your private garden with an outdoor sunbathing shower. This shower will provide hot water during sunny days. The house offers all modern amenities and a superfast WiFi upto 250 Mbit.
The size of the house is 25sqm plus mezzanine/loft 6 sqm, total 31 sqm. The loft has not full height for standing.
In the evening you can cuddle up in the sofa and watch the 43 inch TV-set. Free Netflix or Chrome cast set up is available. With Chrome cast you can stream your own favorites from your smart phone or tablet. If your`re in the mood for barbecue, just start up the grill at the 45 sqm terrace and pour up a glass of wine. There are two bikes available for rent. The house is perfect for two adults. The house is situated on an elevated location. There are stairs from the parkingplace to the entrance.
FYI, you can drink the tapwater. The tap water in Sweden has a very high quality and flows with a high pressure. We clean our house according to Airbnb:s recommendations. We use antibacterial detergents for the safety of our guests
