This housing located up on the hill. If you are coming from closest train station Keikyu Hinode-cho, there is a flight of steep steps on the way and it's hard to drag or carry any suitcases. We recommend you to come to JR Sakuragicho station and take a taxi from there. There are Taxi stand at the Sakuragicho station.
