Clean tidy and respectful, modernised, warm & very comfortable style villa which backs onto the Waiau River a genuine raw peace of paradise, 1 hour drive to The Anau & 3 to Milford Sound a 2 minute walk to all conveniences. 10 minutes drive to the south coast, blue cliffs & the mouth of the Waiau river. 20 minutes drive to Colac bay for a surf or the start of the hump ridge track. Endless outdoor adventure activities with hunting & fishing at the doorstep. I have a dog named Pip (she's cute)

Situated a short walk from the centre of Tuatapere the property overlooks the mighty Waiau River and beautiful snow-capped Fiordland mountains. The room & bathroom is newly renovated & warm providing a very comfortable standard of living. Tuatapere is situated on the Southern Scenic Route very close to all the attractions of the south coast, the Hump Ridge Track, Blue Cliffs, Clifton suspension bridge and caves, Colac Bay for a surf, Cosy Nook for a dive, withTe Anau & Milford Sound just up the road.

Tuatapere is only 20 mins to the start of the Hump Ridge Track, 1 hour to Te Anau & 3 hrs to Milford Sound & is 1 of New Zealand's great little secrets with its own micro climate (better weather than the surrounding areas as it's protected by the snowcapped Fiordland mountains and the hills) & just a great spot for outside activities or relaxing in the beautiful surroundings!
