Our ground floor apartment is located just outside of Minia village (6 km away from Argostoli ) and only 700 m away from Spasmata sandy beach,.It can accommodates up to 6 people with the use of 2 large sofa beds in the living room.It covers an area of 90 m2, has 2 air conditioned bedrooms,2 bathrooms,large air condition living-dining room,kitchen and a very nice garden.It Is an ideal starting point to explore the grate places of the island(superb beaches,underground caves,castles)

Artemis ground floor apartment comprises of an open-plan kitchen / living / dining area with patio doors leading to the garden. There are also 2 large air conditioned bedrooms.
The first air conditioned bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom,fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to the garden
The 2nd air conditioned bedroom has 2 twins beds with fitted wardrobes with patio doors leading to the garden .Our luxury kitchen is fully fitted with hob,oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker.
There is also family bathroom with washing machine
The position of our house makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine their vacation by the sea and the country side.
Only 700-5 km away from our house are some of the best beaches of the island like Spasmata sandy beach only 700 m away from our house ,Megali Ammos sandy beach only 900 m away from our house,Ammes sandy beach only 2,5 km away ,famous Makrys gyalos beach only 5 km away,Platys gyalos beach 4,8 km away.As i mentioned before our house is located in the central part of the island, so it is an ideal starting point to explore the many many beautiful sights of the island, Like Makris gialos beach ,Platys gialos beach,St.George Castle, Melissani Cave,Drocarati Cave ,Myrtos Beach,Assos village,Antisamos Beach etc. A car is essential to travel around the island.
One other big advantage of our apartment is that is located only 6 km away from Argostoli which is the capital of the island and you can find many supermarkets,restaurants,taverns,cafe,bars,meet markets,bakeries.
Also in Argostoli harbor you can watch the turtles .Lassi
resort is also only 5 km away from our house where you can find many taverns,bars,cafe,supermarkets and many nice sandy beaches.
It is also ideal for cycling as there are straight roads out side our house and it is very nice to cycle next to beautiful sandy beaches.
