This upper level has 2 bedrooms: one with king bed with AC, one with queen bed and single bed with fan, bathroom with washing machine, large kitchen, large sun room and living room with AC. Private entrance on the back of the house. Wifi. Private parking and pool in the back (lower part doesn't t have access). No neighbors on 3 sides of the property.
Villa is located at 100m from Kiteboardingcostarica, the kite school, right on Copal Beach.

The space
The house is really close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The upper floor is totally private from the lower floor where Patricia lives with her well behaved 2 guard dogs. All of the houses in the "residential area" are vacation home so not a lot of people around. There is a kite community, and often the riders meet at the restaurant, 100m from the house, have a drink, a meal and hang out.
This is a beautiful place to spent your vacation if you are kiter or not. There are several beautiful white sand beaches in the Bay, 5-10minutes drive from the house. National Parks and Volcanoes are close too. Lots of activities: snorkeling, fishing, sail boat tour, mountain bike, zipline, horse back, ATV and More..

Where you’ll be

La Cruz, Costa Rica

Villa Bamboo is located in Copal residence area, right next to the Kiteschool KCR (kiteboardingcostarica), 100m from Copal Restaurant, and short walking distance to the grocery "La Cassona" (on the main road). Copal is 2km East from the town El Jobo and 13 km West from La Cruz, the city. There is buses going both way. Bahia Salinas is a beautiful uncrowded Bay surrounded by many white sand beaches, Nature at his best. You can do there zipline tour, or horse back riding or snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, tubing, hiking, mountain biking, and of course mainly Kiteboarding, all operated by local family businesses.
Everyone who had stop by here was happily surprised by the beauty of this place that i m happy to call home ;)

I am Lucie. With My Husband Kent we ve been in Bahia Salinas for the past 12 years, half the year here and half the year (the rainy season ;) in Indiana USA where Kent is from. We ran for the last 8 years the Kite School KCR and property manage some Villas/Cabinas/Hostel here on the kite beach. We have 2 kids (Zoe 3 and Colin 9) both born here...Colin is speaking 3 languages ;) I am French, Daddy American and he goes to school in Spanish here!! pretty amazing!! Lucky kids ;)
So we live for the high season (Nov to May) here at Playa Copal and we can help you with anything...especially with Kiteboarding lesson or gear rental ;))) During the lowest season (May to October) the villas are still for rent and school is running with fewer instructors and us not being here it will be my brother Damien who will take good care of you ;) He lives in Jobo (small town 2km down the road) all year long with his Wife Mathilde and Son Noa.

During your stay

Since it is our house i will not be there when you rent it. My Mother Patricia will do your check in and check out. She lives on the lower floor with her well behaved 2 guard dogs. I am also very close to my phone so you can contact me by email or wasap.
My brother Damien will be at the Kiteschool KCR less than a minute walk from the Villa, it is open from November to May, so you can reach someone at the office anytime from 8 am to 6 pm.
The Villa is pretty private so you can either be a part of our kite community or just relax in the privacy of your property :)
