The space
Our beach front property houses a pool, a grill, an outdoor dining/game area, and 5 fully furnished "Casitas". Thus if you see the calendar full, ask anyway, as there might be another house available. Since we are beach front, you will have direct access to the beach from the property. Each Casita can house up to 8 guests, with beds for 6 and a futon for 1 or 2 more. We are perfect for short or long stays, family reunions, special birthday parties, or office parties. Each two bedroom, two bathroom house comes equipped with, a washing machine -so convenient to have on the beach and yet rare for this part of the country, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a living-dining room. Relax in your hammock on the master bedroom balcony and enjoy the breeze, the sound of the surf, the beautiful bougainvillea and magnificent ocean panorama!
Ofrecemos por renta casitas frente al mar, totalmente amobladas. Area cercada, area de parqueo, piscina, comedor al fresco. Cada suite tiene camas para seis en el segundo piso, y también un sofa cama en el primer piso, para una o dos más. AC en los dormitorios, y cuarto con lavadora. Primer piso con cocina equipada, así como sala-comedor con vista al mar. Relájate en la hamaca de tu balcón y disfruta la brisa, el sonido del surf, y el panorama de la bougainvillea y del Pacifico.

Where you’ll be

The best thing about our location is how private our beach is, as we are right outside the town of Zorritos where beach goers frequent. Furthermore, Punta Cocos Beach suites property extends from the Panamericana Rd. to the beach, providing easy access from the road to our secure parking lot behind the beach front suites. Thanks to a large hill, we are protected from all road noise, the only thing you will hear is the soothing waves lulling you to a sound sleep.
