The space
The loft is 50m2 divided into two floors, ground floor and mezzanine. It is 100% exclusive to guests including the charming garden. The only area in common with other residents is the entrance to the condominium. I have an electric fence, intercom, emergency light and fire extinguishers. The gas gets plugged in.
In the mezzanino are the spacious bedroom with a double bed and the large bathroom with excellent natural lighting and ventilation.
In the living room, on the ground floor, is the sofa bed also for a couple.
