Pineapple House is a cozy wooden cottage nestled among fruit trees and coconut palms on the top south ridge above Marigot Bay. Wake up every morning to spectacular views to Marigot Bay and out to the Caribbean Sea from your private porch and watch the birds in the coconut tree, the branches dancing with the wind and providing a nice summer breeze.
It is a twenty minute walk down to the waterfront with the marina village, its bars and restaurants.

The space
Pineapple House is ideal for the single traveler or one couple. You will find it a truly a tropical retreat. Strolling around the garden, you will look down to Roseau Bay with the banana plantations and mountains in the distance.
It is self-contained and part of the Summer Breeze property. My husband and I are European and live on the property all year around with our two cats, Tobby and Gandalfine.
Amenities are: Wi-Fi, AC in the bedroom, gas-stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, blender, iron and ironing-board, washing-machine. The bedroom has a full size bed and en-suite shower bath. All linens are provided and the cottage is serviced mid - week during your stay.

I enjoy good food and drink with family and friends; like to dance, watch movies, see a show, take long walks and watch the clouds in the sky
I worked in the hotel industry for many years in Germany and abroad.
My husband and I moved from Berlin to St. Lucia in 2004 and started a property management company. We first came to St. Lucia in 1997 and fell in love with the island and the people.
We live and work from our home the Summer Breeze. Pineapple House was originally built as a guest house for visiting friends and family who wanted to be more independent.
We are both very hands on and are happy to assist our guests where we can.
We have two cats and two dogs who are very friendly and won't bother guests unless encouraged.
