Scéal Eile is comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and well-equipped. Situated on the edge of the picturesque Sneem Village, this home is perfectly situated for touring the Ring of Kerry, Walking, Kayaking, Mountaineering, or Stargazing our world-renowned night skies. The beautiful Kenmare is 25 minutes away, and Killarney is 45 minutes via Moll's Gap. Sneem has great restaurants, pubs, and cafes, supermarkets, a children's playground, and the Garden of the Senses.

The space
Scéal Eile is a light and airy house. It is a great family space that has a good flow. The floors are either tiled or laminated. The open-plan sitting-dining room has a vaulted ceiling and offers a flexible space suitable for families and adult groups.
It is well equipped with flat-screen TV, Netflix, WiFi, and CD player. It accommodates 6. Three double bedrooms mean you can all have your privacy when needed. The galleried sitting-dining room is geared for socialising.
The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with utensils, cutlery, crockery etc

Scéal Eile is great for hikers, cyclists, mountaineers and star gazers. If you're in Sneem for a wedding and crave your own privacy, this is the place for you. It is an ideal spot for touring the West Coast of Ireland and the western peninsulas. You can drive south to Cork or take the Wild Atlantic Way north to Galway and further. However, there is so much to do around Sneem, Kenmare and Killarney that I'd recommend staying local, or even venturing out for day trips to explore Kerry and Cork, to explore the Peninsulas, and the outstanding coastline.

Sneem, County Kerry, Ireland

Sneem is pretty, friendly, traditional in some ways, but striking in its dramatic colours and mountain backdrop. There are some lovely tourist shops, and cafes Being on the Iveragh peninsula, it is ideally located for touring the Ring of Kerry, the Wild Atlantic Way and the Western Peninsulas of Ireland. All roads to Sneem are breathtaking.
