Villa Flora #3 is a bright and fully functional studio on the 1st floor, which provides it with an excellent sea view. Is located in a green garden communed with 3 other houses. Villa Fora & Loukoulos is a family business including a complex of houses, restaurant and a cafe-bar. Getting down through our stairs will get you in the main beach of our village.So you could be swim in 5 minutes. 700m from us is the downtown of Votsalakia village. Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

The space
Studio is located at the first floor, have surface 38 m2 and can hospitalize till 3 persons. Consists of one double bed and extra bed for third person

The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge, hot plates, kettle, toaster, coffee pot, etc,. while providing and many more free of charge facilities for a comfortable stay.

Surrounded by big, lush garden laid with lawn, a lot of flowers and plants, olive, lemon, orange, grapefruit, eucalyptus and other trees, which creating a natural beauty and cool environment rich in perfumes and "conversations" by the birds.

Two scenic beaches, are located at a distance 150 m. from the apartments, while at the wider area, there are many more, organized or not, beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, many sights and the imposing mount Kerkis, ideal for trekking.
