Surrounding attractions also include, the graceful Glen of Aherlow & the Galtee Mountain range, the Beara Breifne Way and the Cliffs of Moher. The Rock of Cashel, Holycross Abbey, Cahir & Farney Castles, the Devils Bit & the Semple Stadium (GAA) are all about 30 mins drive.

Limerick City is just 45 mins away with King John Castle, the Hunter Museum, Limerick University Concert Hall, Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Thomond Rugby Park, Glenstal Abbey. Lough Derg Lakeside towns of Killaloe/Ballina and Dromineer are about 35 mins.
