This lovely cottage is located a few metres from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and a dock with wood-fired hot tub for 4-5 people. The view over the lake and towards Kinnekulle is amazing! The cottage is 40 kmv and has 2 sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven with hob, wc, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the terrace which has a gas barbecue, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A quiet, nature-friendly accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

The space
A cozy cottage with terrace, jetty with hot tub, own sandy beach and a big lawn where you can play ball, play or sunbathe. All guests must be knowledgeable about swimming because there are no fences against the lake. On the jetty is a hot tub that you yourself heat by wood burning. When you arrive the barrel is filled with sea water and wood is available to burn in both sauna and hot tub.

The cottage is situated right by the lake Vänern, and very close to the forest. Down towards the lake stretches a large lawn, rocks and a small bay with sandy beach . Behind the cottage is the owners' villa, but from the cottage there is a free view of the lake. The area is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, enjoying forest walks, running, bike tours, sauna and swimming. Sauna and a cold bath in the lake is recommended throughout the year!
It is 15 km to Lidköping for shopping and nightlife, and the same distance to Läckö Castle and Spikens Fiskeeläge, which are popular places to visit. Skara Sommarland is about 40km away. 1km from the cottage is a cozy little fishing port where you can buy fresh fish a few times a week. The neighboring properties are both summer cottages and year-round residents, and it is a very quiet area.
