You get TWO private upstairs rooms in private home. Room 1 has a QUEEN Bed. 2nd room has a couch, which we set-up into a full-size bed & sleeps up to 2 people. PRIVATE large bathroom. Bath w/ tub & shower. Big screen TV & ceiling fans. Next to beautiful park & lake; walk to So Coast Plaza-- largest mall on West Coast. 12 mins/John Wayne Airport, 3 minutes to Costa Mesa, 5 minutes to Irvine, 12 mins/UC Irvine; LESS THAN 30 mins from Disneyland; 20 mins from beach.

The space
Upstairs are TWO rooms that guests will occupy and a PRIVATE full-sized bathroom with two sinks. Large dresser and closet space. Queen size bed. Blackout shades to get a good night's sleep.

2nd room has a couch, which we set-up into a full-size bed & sleeps up to 2 people. Large flat screen tv, dvd player, small table for writing.

Backyard shared.

Includes microwave, mini refrigerator, and hot water pot. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful park and lake next door with ducks. Nice pleasant walk to So Coast Plaza shopping mall. Beautiful mall; will take about 20 minutes to walk and 5 minutes to drive. Lots of restaurants.

Communications is key. Please give us an idea of your itinerary so that we will know whether you will be in the rooms, or in and out. Just so we have some idea.
If you are looking to catch up on sleep throughout the day, this place might be noisy at times. We might play music throughout the day and until approximately 10:00 at night.
We DO NOT print documents for guests. Staples and Kinko's nearby. Please do not ask.
