The Buenavista colony has an excellent location. Despite being a not so well known colony it is having a great boom due to its proximity with points of interest and for being a central colony. Located next to popular colonies such as Colonia San Rafael and Santa María La Ribera. The closest metro station (Metro Revolución) is just a 3 minute walk away. The Metrobus on Insurgentes Avenue is just 7 minutes away, such a metrobus can take you to areas of interest in the north or south of the city. There's an Ecobike station just a minute away. The Historic Center is located just a 20-minute walk or a short drive away by public transportation. Places of interest such as the Plaza de la República, the Museum of San Carlos, the Chopo Museum, the Chopo Cultural Tianguis (on Saturdays), Paseo de la Reforma, the Angel of Independence, and the Buenavista Forum (a very large shopping center with many shops, restaurants and cinemas) are within walking distance between 5 to 20 minutes maximum. And by car or Uber La Condesa and Roma are 20 minutes away, Coyoacan and San Angel about 50 minutes away, and Guadalupe Basilica about 30 minutes away (considered times with fluid traffic).

Buenavista neighborhood has an excellent location. Even if it’s not such a popular neighborhood is getting a revival due to its closeness to important spots and for being a very centric neighborhood. It is next to important neighborhoods such as San Rafael and Santa María la Ribera. The closest subway station (Metro Revolucion) is only 3 minutes walking distance. Metrobus is in Insurgentes Avenue and just 7 minutes away walking, this Metrobus can take you to the North of South of the city. Downtown is 20 minutes walking or a short distance in public transportation. Points of interest such as Plaza de la Republica, San Carlos Museum, Chopo Museum, Cultural Market of el Chopo (on Saturdays), Paseo de la Reforma, Independence Monument, and Forum Buenavista (a big mall with lots of shops, restaurants, and cinema) are at a walkable distance ranging between 5 to 20 minutes top.
