The 1+1 ground floor apartment with a furnished terrace and a fully equipped kitchen is situated within 7 minutes walk to the beach. It is located on a beautiful and quiet Sweetwater Bay resort, a short drive to the picturesque village of Tatlisu. The gated complex has two swimming pools, childern´s pool, gym, tennis and basketball courts, children play area and sauna. Surrounded by a lush greenery between sea and mountains, it is a perfect spot to relax, to unwind and re-energise.

This is a one double bedroom airconditioned apartment with an open dining/living area and a terrace with a mountain view. The apartment has been recently refurnished. The living area includes a two- seater sleeping sofa and a single sofa- chair that can also be converted to a bed (suitable for children) as well as a flat screen TV, shelves and a coffee table. The terrace has two sunbeds, a table with four chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts, barbeques or just sit and relax.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped. The dining area has a table with four chairs. Towels and bedsheets are provided. The WiFi connectivity is good and is available at a surcharge of one pound per day.

The apartment is perfect for couples and families with children that would like to relax and unwind on a beach holiday or in combination with a range of adventurous activities and cultural experiences that North Cyprus has to offer. Whether it is hiking to the peak of the mountains for the amazing views of the sea, paragliding, visit the ruins of the ancient Salamis and medieval castles, learn about the turtle’s conservation projects, make friends with the wild donkeys at Carpas National Park or just relax and read a book by the beach - there is something for everyone. We recommend hiring a car that will enable to explore the surroundings, numerous beaches and places of interests.

Sweet Water Bay is located 5 minutes from a pebble beach, that is good for swimming and snorkelling. It is also great to watch a sunset on the adjacent rocks overlooking the bay. For sandy beach option, that also include food and sunbeds/parasols, Caplica Beach is 10 minutes drive from Sweet Water Bay. The popular long stretch sandy beach, the Alagadi Turtle beach, is approximately 20 min drive.
