Has a kitchen sink, cabinet space for your non-perishable items, a microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig. We provide plates, flatware, mugs, and glasses.

The studio offers the privacy of your own bathroom and shower facilities.

You'll rest well in a full-size Murphy bed, with sufficient storage for all your travel items. A couch is available for a third guest if needed.

The space
• The Studio is a detached unit that sits on the back of our enclosed property, allowing as much privacy as you want.

• You enjoy the privacy of your own living quarters, complete with private bathroom and kitchenette (Please note the bathroom is equipped with a private shower, loo, and toiletries but lacks a vanity. The kitchen sink serves as the vanity.)

• The studio includes a full-size Murphy bed, couch, ottoman, desk/dining table that also doubles as a chess+checkers tournament center. Track lighting throughout as well as a floor lamp allow you to control the ambiance.

• The washer/dryer is located in my house and will be made available to guests by appointment. **Due to COVID-19, I will ask that you wear a mask while in my house and can provide one if needed.

• Board games are available as well as a small library of books, for entertainment.

• You have access to a private and reliable WiFi network.

• The yard is a shared space with family and Mason, our pup, (who loves to meet guests). Feel free to use the outdoor seating area, which is illuminated at night with solar lights.

• For business travelers and guests booking longer stays, the Studio is equipped with plenty of storage + closet space to hang garments and stow luggage.

• There is a portable A/C and ceiling fan to cool down on warm weather days, and a quaint gas-powered, sealed combustion, direct vent stove that keeps the space toasty warm during the winter months without any risk of exhaust in the space.
