The space
The Beach Guesthouse is divided in 4 apartments each one with individual access. You and your group will have access to the whole property. The property is divided as follows:

A two bedroom apartment at the first floor that accommodates 6 guests. The first bedroom counts with a queen size bed and the second bedroom with two queen size beds. Each bedroom equipped with a A/C, 32" Flat TV/Direct TV, A/C and closet. A spacious bathroom and equipped kitchen is shared by the same guests staying in this apartment.

The second apartment has a bedroom at the second floor that accommodates up to 2 guests. Equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.

The third apartment is another bedroom at the second floor that accommodates up to 2 guests. Equipped with a queen size bed, A/C, 32'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom and kitchenette.

The fourth apartment is a studio apartment that accommodates up to 2 - 3 guests. Equipped with a queen size bed, twin size bed, A/C, 45'' Smart TV/DirecTV, closet, private bathroom, kitchenette and private balcony. Also in the second floor.

Property counts with water tanks and generator in case of emergency.

Reservations of +5 nights include a cleaning service and bed linens/towels will be changed during mid-stay.

A maximum of 13 guests is accommodated. All infants and minors should be included and counted in the total sum of guests. Only registered guests and number of guests listed on your booking are allowed to stay and enjoy the property. VISITORS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

WE RECOMMEND TO RENT A CAR, specially if you are planning to visit different areas/move around or need daily transportation. Is the easiest way of transportation. On peak season such as spring and summer traffic is common on weekends and holidays.

Where you’ll be

Carolina, Loíza, Puerto Rico

We are located in the neighborhood of Piñones, Loíza (municipality) - Puerto Rico. Perfect place to be secluded and in contact with nature, but at 5 miles form the SJU international airport and other tourist attractions in Isla Verde, Old San Juan (11 miles) and Condado.

Piñones is a neighborhood part of Loíza (adjacent to Isla Verde - Carolina municipality). Famous for the finger food and local restaurants along PR-187 Road, where you can eat mofongo, pinchos, sea food, alcapurrias, bacalaitos and more. Also you will find an 14 mile boardwalk between the beach and mangrove. Loíza is also known as the “The Capital of Traditions". One of the few places in Puerto Rico where our heritage is vividly represented and kept alive through the bomba & plena music, notably by the Hermanos Ayala and Los Cepedas.

Bomba dance lessons are available at walking distance from our property. The boardwalk is perfect for a walk, jogging, cycling or simply connecting with nature. Kayaks, bicycle and jet-ski rentals and fishing tours available at walking distance too.

On weekends locals and tourist love to visit and enjoy the area, especially Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. It comes alive with people and music and dancing. Live bands and musicians appear at various places in the area, where you can enjoy bomba, plena, merengue and bachata music. You might find traffic congestion on weekends holidays.

If you forgot a something, don't worry supermarkets, CVS and Walgreens are just 8 - 10 minutes drive.
