3 bedroom house with brand new shared bathroom, two toilets , large open spaced kitchen and dining area.
Separate laundry with front loader $6 per load.
Separate lounge area , for chilling out and relaxing in front of the TV.

Clean , comfortable, and has all the basics required for everyday living.


25 mins from Perth City , 15 mins from Airport.

You will enjoy your own private room.
Comfortable Double bed , with bed linen , pillows provided . Towels provided.

Come and go as you please. Happy to help out with transportation if needed / or if I’m available - just pitch in for petrol, as it would be cheaper than taxis.

Free WIFI , enjoy watching Netflix in the main living room with Smart TV.

Nice balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air.

National Park is in walking distance from the house , a great to get some exercise in and explore the National park and views.

Close to public transport, ie Bus transport. Shops are close by in the same suburb.

Main town is Midland, which is about 10 minutes away. You will find : cafes, restaurants, shopping centre , train station, banks , library, bars , gyms , fast food outlets, cinema and lots more.
