Characteristic house, protected village view registered with the municipality of Sluis under number 1714 4A42 6121 1BA0 5E94. You can see the dunes of the Zwin. In the morning you get up overlooking a stork nest, pheasants in the field and my cows in the orchard in front of the house.
Sint Anna is a quiet village where permanent residents and recreationalists live next to each other. My house is therefore not suitable for a noisy holiday with loud music in the garden and nighttime views.

The space
my house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms (23 m2 and 18 m2) and a kitchen (15 m2). The house is completely exposed, the view from the front is breathtaking with a stork net at the door, the carriages, phantoms and hares that come to the front door. The large garden (2500 m2) is a paradise for children, there is a barn with toys and there are bicycles and a tandem that can be used.

Where you’ll be

Sluis, Zeeland, Netherlands

Sint Anna ter Muiden was once a trading town but has become more and more a peasant village. At the Markt you can still see the signs of a rich past with a town hall, a water pump, a church tower and a school.
There is a lot to do in the area, Sluis has numerous shops that are open 364 days of the year and very good restaurants. But you can also reach one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands in 15 minutes. The Zwin is also an exceptional nature reserve where birders can pick up their hearts.
The boulevard in Knokke is more for the Rich and Famous, cities like Bruges and Ghent are more than worth it with numerous cultural opportunities. But you will never forget a cup of coffee with a piece of apple baking on the square in Damme on the ferry from Sluis to Bruges. In this village Tijl Uilenspiegel made his playful resistance against the Spanish during the Spanish occupation.
