This is a ground floor flat that comprises of one large double bed room with tv&smart tv device, living room also with smart tv, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Located less than 3 miles from Newcastle City Centre with access to the metro and bus system.

This is a well cared for flat.
Full use of WiFi and smart television in living room.
TV with Amazon fire stick giving access to Netflix and all standard apps BBC, ITV, 4OD etc and built in DVD player with extensive DVD selection in large bedroom.

There’s plenty of storage space in two large wardrobes.

There is a spacious garden, unusual when so close to the city centre and neighbours are friendly. The garden is open plan so friendly neighbours can be about at times.

I can not recommend Heaton enough.
This suburb of Newcastle is not only close to City Centre and North East’s gorgeous coastline but is within walking distance of the trendy Ousburn area.

Heaton is a popular neighbourhood with a mixture of students from the city's universities as well as young professionals and families. If you're after a short commute into Newcastle, Heaton is the place to stay.
