We live in Burgundy and use this house to stay near our daughter during our holidays. This is a typical early 20th English house, with a lot of space and and a warm welcome. A little garden, a good size kitchen, and 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms will give you a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. The house is well served by bus, and free parking on the street. Near the A1 exit and the Hexthorpe Park for walking and relaxing.

The space
House is really quite, a standard English house in a nice neighbourhood. Rooms are large and house is fully equipped.
NEW January 2021 new Gas Hob, 5 places.

PARKING:
You can easily park in the street just in front of the house or you'll find many place in the street that is very quite and free for parking.
GARDEN:
The little garden has some problem with green at the moment but we'll work to fix it, instead of this is fully equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and you can enjoy it.
Dogs are welcome.
GAME ROOM:
We are working on it, it will be ready in September, but you can use it right now if you don't mind floor and walls that need painting.... You'll find a foosball, pool table, dart game and a hi-fi. Please consider that they are not "professional" tables but consider them for an amusing afterwork or after visiting the town.

Room (PINK): This is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed, giant walk-in closet.

Room (GREEN): This is large bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Room (DAY BED): This is a small bedroom with one day bed, mattress misure 180cm, a little desk and chair. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.

House has full furnitures (we often invites friend, all are for 10 people):
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of f knives.
– 1 oven with themperature probe for good roast, gas hob, 1 dishwasher.
– An american fridge
- Dining room has 6 chairs and kitchen has 4 chairs on the peninsula.

Doncaster is a very good place to visit around: Derbyshire, Lincolshire and Yorkshire of course! We're 15' away by train from York. And if you wish to visit London, it's just 1 hour by train!
Our home is perfectly connected by bus to the railway station and the city center or with a 25 minutes by foot if you like walking!
