The space
The property is a big house, divided into seven apartments.

Apartment #5 is on the first floor of the house, with private entrance directly from the BBQ area of the interior patio of the house.

It is a small apartment with kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom.

There is a king bed, one night table, a closet and a Tv with Roku.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a coffee maker.

There is one air conditioning unit that cools down the entire apartment and a ceiling fan on the dining area.

There is one reserved parking space for available for each apartment.

The apartment fits up to 2 guests.

Guest access
To access the house there is a security gate and the apartment has a private entrance. You will have keys for both.

There is a common area in the center of the property with BBQ area, chairs and a small bar that all guests can enjoy.
