Set in the picturesque Claddagh close to the medieval Spanish Arch & quaint Quay St, Galway's main attractions, charming kerbside cafés, famous pubs/restaurants are at your doorstep. Shop St & Eyre Square are a 5 mins stroll. A Wild Atlantic Way coastal ramble from the Claddagh takes you to Salthill's famed prom/beaches (15 mins). Pick up point for all major tours (3 mins). Parking directly nearby: €5 for 24 hours.

The space
This spacious apartment is situated in an open air courtyard on the first floor of a small, secure residential apartment block. There is a lift and stairs in the entrance hall.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, an extensive living area with separate kitchen and a modern bathroom. High speed Wifi runs throughout. The apartment is an ideal holiday base for couples, groups of friends or families.

The spacious living room has comfortable couches, Smart TV with Netflix/U Tube facility and satellite channels. A selection of tourist data, books & reading materials offer the guest an opportunity to relax after after a busy day of sightseeing.

The apartment has a full service kitchen and dining area giving you the option of eating in or out. The kitchen facilities include a cooker with ceramic hob, grill and oven, a microwave, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and a washer/dryer for laundry. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and condiments are provided as standard.

The bedrooms overlook a quiet side street. One bedroom has a queen size bed, dressing table, large wardrobe, dressing table and bedside lockers with lamps. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe with full length mirror and bedside locker with lamp. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron are supplied. All beds have high quality linen and duvets ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The newly refurbished fitted bathroom is equipped with walk in shower, toilet, a selection of toiletries, hairdryer and fresh towels.

There is public car parking close to the apartment (3 mins walk) …... fee is €5 for 24 hours. Public transport is also directly accessible. Galway's main train and bus stations are a 10/15 mins walk.

The Claddagh is the most picturesque and most photographed area of Galway. It is a particularly beautiful point on the Wild Atlantic Way route and marks that area where the River Corrib flows into the sea. While the Claddagh area is busy and bustling, the apartment itself is set into a courtyard and away from the main thoroughfare. There is a convenience store across the street from the apartment, and a supermarket on nearby Fr. Griffin Rd. Gourmet Tart Café and Bakery on Raven Terrace, serves delicious takeaway coffees and treats. The main door of the apartment complex opens out onto a selection of Galway's finest restaurants and three of Galway's most famous pubs - Monroe's Tavern, the Roisin Dubh and the Crane Bar are directly nearby.
