Apartment was painted & refurbished during the month of January, with new furniture, linens & accessories. It is in a very safe & lively neighborhood. Close to all major transportation; subway, buses, LIRR, Penn Station. Within walking distance to many tourist attractions; Empire State Building, Broadway, Macy's, Central Park, 5th Ave. Great restaurants, bars, supermarkets nearby. Minutes from 3 major medical centers. Great for leisure, business & to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. WIFI!

The space
This apartment is large by New York City standards and is in a family owned small building, one flight of stairs up. As it is a small building there is no elevator. Spacious living room has a couch, chaise lounge and a TV. The bathroom has double sinks, a shower and a tub. Kitchen comes equipped with all essentials for cooking. There is a greenhouse style bedroom, which means that it is surrounded by windows top to bottom. There is a TV in the bedroom. There is only one bed in the bedroom, so this apartment can really only accommodate 3 people if the bed is shared and someone sleeps on the chaise or the couch. There are lots of closets throughout. Apartment has a washer and dryer. We provide all linens, extra towels.
