Blue Mountain Cottage is just 300 km from Delhi and 12 km uphill drive from Kathgodam Railway Station towards Haida Khan Ashram road. Spacious 5 rooms with large private balconies, overlooking the mountains , outdoor dining area and lawns. Parking, staffed property, CCTV, Wifi. Breakfast is included in the tariff. The space
Blue Mountain Cottage is located in a quiet hilly village called Rausila, near Kathgodam. Cottage is surrounded by organic fruit orchard and terraced fields.

Spread on three floors, Ground Floor and First Floor of the cottage has two connecting bedroom with a single attached toilet and balconies overlooking the hills.

Second floor is a large room with an attic, attached toilet, sundeck and balconies.

All the floors have amazing views of the mountains, village and farms.
Extra toilets are available outdoors.

Rausil is a quiet hill top village with farms and orchard .It is located 12 km uphill from Kathgodam Railway station towards Haida Khan Ashram.

The village has two schools ,local deity temples , post office , clinic , dairy and daily need shops in the village and are walking distance from our cottage.

Rausil is a safe and friendly with mind blowing views of the mountains.
Being close to Haldwani city gives you access to all the city amenities like shops malls ,cinema , hospitals,banks ,ATM, Railway station) which makes it ideal for long stay as well.
