A beautiful lakefront home on Lake Dardanelle with private dock minutes from I-40. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees on 1 acre. Completely remodeled. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. New kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and fully furnished. Large windows with great lake views. On a quiet cove with easy access to the main lake. New patio with a grill. 3 Kayaks included. Fast Wifi. Just minutes from Russellville. Near Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, Mt. Nebo, and more.

The space
This is a great place to stay around Russellville. Plenty of room to bring your own boat or use our 3 kayaks for free. The fishing is fantastic! You can walk out the door and fish off our private dock. Lake Dardanelle hosts many bass tournaments year round. Swimming is permitted on Lake Dardanelle, and there are a couple of swim beaches. The water level and color may vary due to river levels and rainfall. Swimming is not prohibited in our cove, but the swim beaches would be a better option. Any swimming or kayaking must be done at your own risk.

We have all fully furnished kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Smart home features including smart locks and smart thermostat. Enjoy a picnic on our picnic table by the lake, or head into town only a few minutes away for great dining options.

Our house is in a great location for hiking and exploring. Many state parks are close by, including Petit Jean, Mt Nebo, and Mt Magazine. Also a short distance to Ozark National Forest and Buffalo National River. Lake Dardanelle State Park is just a few minutes away by car (or right across the lake by boat), and has a nice visitor center and swim beach area.

The home is 3 bed, 2.5 bath. There are board games, yard games, and a fully stocked bookcase. We have great Wi-fi and utilize Directv services with lots of channels. You can also use your own Netflix, Prime, Youtube, etc with our smart tv.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and includes pots, pans, spices, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, slow-cooker, coffee maker etc.

We provide coffee filters and coffee, and you are welcome to bring your own favorite coffee to use in our 12 cup coffee maker.

Pope County is a dry county, meaning no alcohol sales except at a
some restaurants. If you want alcohol, you will want to stop on the way in at Blackwell (east) or Fort Smith (west). Also keep in mind that there are no liquor sales on Sundays.

We have a propane grill that is on a porch overlooking the lake and a patio with seating as well.

Our house is professionally cleaned after each stay and we take pride in providing a clean, safe space for our guests.

Quiet neighborhood with huge lots. Lots of big trees so the houses feel very private. Private boat dock and lake access. The house is approximately 1 mile from I-40, making it easy to access. 5 miles to Russellville. 3 miles to London, AR.
