Two bedrooms unit, nothing shared with others (It is a part of the entire bungalow, on ground floor) separate living space of an aged house, our price is very economical in an expensive housing area! Shabby chic style furnitures, 1 min walk to bus stop, very short drive to Hwy 401, less than 20mins to Toronto Downtown core through DVP!

The space
Located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, this bungalow house was built in the 60’s. The two bedroom unit is a complete separate living space which we used to live in. As part of our family memories, we love every aspect of the unit, treat it as to our own still living in it. We make every effort to make it comfortable for you! Although cleaning products cannot wipe out the aging of the unit and furnitures are not modern, it is comfy and has everything you need: shower, washroom, kitchen, and most importantly, the separate entrance to the unit! We provide you with quiet, respectful separate living space in one of the most expensive housing area, convenience public transit (1minute walk to bus stop), short distance to drive to major highways and 20 minutes drive to Toronto downtown core! If a guest has high expectations of cleanliness and a modern design, our unit may not be the best choice!
