Bay One is a stylish and comfortable studio apartment about 20 metres from our home. Situated on 90 acres of farmland, you can choose to walk or cycle along country lanes, drive to wineries, cafes and other unique experiences or just relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. We have country air in abundance and a night sky that will take your breath away.

The space
Bay One is an separate Studio apartment on our farm, Whisper Park. Whisper Park is off-grid and powered by a stand-alone hybrid solar set up. We use rainwater for our Bay One guests and our own living. Dam water is used for our gardens and stock. Bay One has been designed and developed to offer a unique experience of being totally embraced by nature.
Bay One is an airy and comfortable space with Rev.Cycle heating and cooling, kitchen/living space and a separate bedroom with en suite.
We enjoy showing our guests that renewable energy is a pleasure to live with and that working with nature is an inspiring and satisfying way to live.
