Secure parking - rear of property & street parking.
Dogs welcome - but not allowed on couch, bedding or carpet - owners to clean up after their dogs prior to check out (urine, poo and hair), fees will apply if any damage or extra cleaning required.
By car - only minutes from CBD, train station, Market Place shopping centre, cafes, art gallery & cinema.

The space
Fully secure backyard, with high fences - very safe for dogs.
This old girl called ‘Truro’ does show a few signs of her age (100 years plus) - so if you’re ok with the odd creek or groan, and sometimes a shaking of old pipes... not all the time depends on the weather....Then please come and stay - she’ll enjoy the company.
We ask guests to help keep this old girl clean, so we can keep cleaning costs down, washing up the dishes prior to checkout, putting out the bins and cleaning up after your own dog.
